Calabaza Ideal temperature is between 65º F to 75º F. Calabaza has a typical shelf life of up to 20 days. This squash may be round or pear-shaped and is not uniform in size. The flesh of the Calabaza should be dark orange regardless of the surface color. This squash may crack open if dropped; handle with care.
