Bananas and Plantains Ripening Rooms

Using the latest technology available, our ripening system consists of ten
computer rooms with an overall capacity for twelve full loads of
plantains or bananas. This computerized system, second to none in the
state of Florida, properly controls the ripening cycle of the fruit. This allows
for the fruit to be delivered at the proper stage. The stage may vary
according to our customers' needs.
